LONDON-Assael Architecture has obtained resolution to grant planning permission on behalf of St. James Group Limited for the redevelopment of the unused Thames Water tract off Kew Bridge Road in Brentford. The scheme, which is slated to start soon, will comprise 76 residential units and 5,661 square feet of commercial space.

Assael's design will harmonize with the adjoining Grade I and Grade II industrial buildings of Kew Gardens and Kew Bridge Steam Museum. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
