RALEIGH, NC-A shopping center developer based in Charlotte has bought a four-acre parcel at McCullers Crossing between Fuquay-Varina and Garner for $3.5 million. A Walgreens drug store, a fast food restaurant and a convenience store are planned on the site.

A group associated with Charlotte-based Collett & Associates purchased the land from Atlas Buffaloe family. Collett has a lease deal with Walgreens as well as a ground lease with a convenience store.
