LEESBURG, VA-Leesburg Today reported that a parking lot situated on the west side of Church Street will be converted into a commercial complex. The Town Council has given approval for the Courthouse Square project in downtown Leesburg.

The existing building on the site was formerly used by the Loudoun Times-Mirror for printing and distribution purpose. The new 113,650-square-foot office structure with retail space will be developed on the site and it will include a five-story parking garage. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
