LONDON-Land Securities is selling its Arundel Great Court site in London for GBP 234 million. The company has exchanged agreements to sell the 3.3-acre site to Waterway PCP Properties Ltd.
The Arundel Great Court parcel has planning permission for 147 apartments, a hotel and 398,000 square feet of office building on the Strand. Wilkinson Eyre is the designer of the proposed office building and Horden Cherry Lee is the designer of the hotel overlooking the Thames. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
