HOUSTON-A renewal, three new leases and an expansion comprised a total of 47,742 square feet leased at Sage Plaza, a class A office building in the Galleria/Uptown submarket. Staying put is Continental Casualty Co., which renewed its 14,924-square-foot lease, while PSC Industrial Outsourcing LP expanded its current digs by 11,527 square feet.

New leases in the office building at 5151 San Felipe St. were made by Legge, Farrow, Kimmitt, McGrath & Brown LP, which took down 14,685 square feet; Petrocom Energy Group, which leased 4.806 square feet and Ramex, which leased 1,800 square feet. CBRE’s Bonnie Kelley lead the leasing effort in the 512,461-square-foot office building, built in 1983, on behalf of the landlord, a fund managed by BlackRock.
