CONCORD, MA- Welch’s and Normandy Real Estate Partners have united over the grape juice company’s new lease signing at 300 Baker Avenue in Concord, Massachusetts, according to Welch’s. The company will spread out over 85,000 square feet in an office property that will unite its technology center and headquarter facilities. The duration of the lease is twelve and a half years.

Welch’s new home is situated in a complex that spans three floors and a total of 409,220 square feet of class-A office space. The entire office property at Baker Avenue is owned by Normandy Real Estate Partners and holds up to 200,000 additional square feet of space.

“Welch’s has been a foundation of Concord for decades and we are pleased to have had a role in helping the company find its new headquarters at a location that allows them to stay in this town for the foreseeable future,” Mark Roopenian, senior vice president of Normandy Real Estate Partners was quoted as saying in a statement.
