DENVER-Transwestern has expanded its Denver area multifamily services group with the addition Steven Rahe, senior vice president; Tom Wanberg, senior vice president; Craig Paton, vice president; and Johnny Neff, associate broker. Collectively, the team which recently departed Grubb & Ellis, has more than 90 years of diverse commercial real estate experience.
Grubb & Ellis did not respond to GlobeSt.com for comment on the team’s departure by deadline.
The group has represented institutional investors, regional and national developers, as well as high net worth individuals and private capital investors. The team will continue to specialize in multifamily services and will advise the industry's leading investors in maximizing the value of clients' investments, identifying strategic market opportunities and facilitating well executed transactions.
According to Rahe, “Transwestern offers a competitive advantage in our industry. National resources combined with local market expertise, helps position our team to capitalize on marketplace opportunity and ultimately enhance our ability to provide best-in-class service to our clients.”
