RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ-Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. has been named exclusive leasing agent for a Hartz Mountain Industries office property that offers high visibility from the both the NJ Turnpike and Route 46.
The 167,000-square-foot glass-walled building at 65 Challenger Rd. has space available for a full-floor user, and offers the opportunity for prominent signage, notes David DeMatteis, a member of CW’s team for the assignment, which includes Marc Trevisan and Slava Vaynberg. “The amount of exposure that a tenant with signage on the building would receive is tremendous,” says DeMatteis.
Since Hartz ordinarily markets its space with in-house representation, Trevisan says the CW team was “particularly gratified” to have been chosen for the assignment.
Space at 65 Challenger is being marketed in units of 6,900 to 34,000 square feet. Located three miles from the George Washington Bridge, the five-story office structure is currently anchored by Hyundai American Shipping. The US headquarters of Samsung Electronics America Inc.’s US is located adjacent, as is a Hilton Garden Hotel.
