NEW YORK CITY-Less personal space and more collaboration are the trends defining the office scene in 2012 – but don’t expect the big users to go away, says Bill Goade, CEO of Cresa. With 55 locations back in North America, 800 employees and $225 million in revenue, the Boston-based tenant representation firm is seeing that from Beantown to the Big Apple, lack of new supply is driving class A space higher.
