Ponce De Leon Boulevard Office Building to be Completed Soon

CORAL GABLES, FL-A Coral Gables office building, which is already two-thirds pre-leased, is nearing completion.

CORAL GABLES, FL-A Coral Gables office building, which is already two-thirds pre-leased, is nearing completion. The 58,000-square-foot office building, known as The Building, is being constructed at 2990 Ponce de Leon Blvd. and it will be completed by June.

The Building will house Zubi Advertising, Sanchez-Medina, Gonzalez, Quesada, Lage, Crespo, Gomez & Machado LLP and the Mas Group of Companies. Alberto J. Perez from AJP Ventures is developing the project. HSBC Bank USA has financed the project. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
