LOS ANGELES-According to a published report from Real Estate Financing Intelligence, Lincoln Properties has agreed to buy Wedbush Center in downtown L.A. for $130 million or $283 per square foot.
The seller of 1000 Wilshire Blvd. is a partnership between New York-based Broadway Partners and Lehman Brothers. Broadway Partners acquired the property back in 2007 in a 24-office building portfolio purchase from Boston-based Beacon Capital Partners LLC, as GlobeSt.com previously reported.
GlobeSt.com could not obtain further information on the deal at this time, and JLL, who is reportedly brokering the deal says they cannot provide GlobeSt.com with a comment at this time, but we will update the story as more information becomes available. To see the full article, click here.
