LEWISVILLE, TX-A limited partnership formed by Cencor Realty Services and The Weitzman Group has bought an 85,518-square-foot retail center anchored by a Tom Thumb grocery for an undisclosed price. The Market at Valley Parkway, located at the northwest corner of Valley Parkway and Round Grove Road, was purchased by Lewisville Grove Parkway Ltd.

Other occupiers include Edward Jones, Great Clips, H&R Block, State Farm and The UPS Store. The Weitzman Group will lease the center and Cencor Realty Services will see the management. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
