Marina and 20 Acres for Condo Hit Auction

LAUGHLIN, NV-National real estate auction firm Accelerated Marketing Group will auction the Laughlin Bay Marina in Laughlin here in Clark County, NV in a sealed bid auction in May. Laughlin is a Las Vegas submarket town in the southern region of the state bordering Arizona and California, where economic development is about to boom, according to Accelerated Marketing Group.

Todd Good, president of Accelerated Marketing Group, tells GlobeSt.com that although he cannot guess what the site might be acquired for, “there has already been $34 million invested,” he says. He adds that the seller, a local bank, will let it go to the highest bidder over $5.5 million. “The seller is demonstrating great confidence in the vibrancy of the Laughlin market to command a sales price proportional to the projected long-term vitality of the region,” he says.
