Batson-Cook, Cortland Start $35M Two Addison Place Project

SAVANNAH, GA-Batson-Cook Development Co. and Cortland Partners have broken ground on a $35-million multifamily project in Savannah.

SAVANNAH, GA-Batson-Cook Development Co. and Cortland Partners have broken ground on a $35-million multifamily project in Savannah. The Two Addison Place development marks the first joint venture for the Atlanta-based real estate companies.

Community and Southern Bank, Kaufman Realty Group and NXT Capital, together with Batson-Cook Development and Cortland Partners, will finance the 325-unit development, which is scheduled to be completed in early 2013.
