TOLEDO, OH-The Toledo Blade reported that a developer based in northwest Ohio is planning to transform a steam plant into 67 apartments, a health clinic and a YMCA as part of a $16-million project. The developer is working with the University of Toledo Medical Center and the YMCA of Greater Toledo to renovate the Toledo Edison steam plant.

The new development, named Water Street Station, will have single- and double-bedroom apartments, nearly 13,000 square feet of space for the YMCA and a 5,000-square-foot clinic. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
