ALLENTOWN, PA-Keystone Property Group has completed a 135,000-square-foot lease expansion with Allen Distribution at its cross-dock warehouse facility, 7132 Daniels Drive in Allentown.
Allen Distribution, a third-party logistics provider, is based in Carlisle, PA. The company previously occupied space at 3041 Schoeneck Road in Allentown. Gelcor, Inc. represented Keystone in the expansion transaction, while Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
“Allen Distribution occupied 46,800 square feet at 7132 Daniels Drive and needed a significant amount of expansion space to support its growing operations,” says Bill Glazer, president of Keystone Property Group. “The facility, which is strategically located along one of the most sought-after distribution corridors in the Northeast, was able to accommodate the company’s existing and future needs.”
The 290,000-square-foot property consists of 130,000 square feet of cross-dock warehouse space, 155,000 square feet of manufacturing/warehouse space and 5,000 square feet of office space. Another 100,000 square feet is available for lease at the building.
It is located off Routes 78, 100 and I-76 and features a partial cross-dock configuration with loading on three sides. Additional features include 22-foot to 28-foot clear ceilings, 33 loading docks with levelers, three drive-in bays, rail access, 53 trailer storage stalls, 103 surface parking spaces and 73 industrial trailer spaces.
