CHICAGO-James Hardie Industries SE, a company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, is expanding its space in the Bank of America Building. The company, which earlier subleased 22,000 square feet of space from Bank of America Corp., has agreed to sublet an additional space measuring 13,000 square feet at the high-rise building at 231 S. LaSalle St. from the Charlotte, North Carolina-based bank.
