Alliance To Build $40M Luxury Apartment Community

DENVER-Alliance Residential Co. begins construction this week on its second luxury multifamily development in downtown’s ballpark district, bordering the Lodo District. Broadstone Blake Street will be located on Alliance’s recently purchased .79-acre site in the heart of downtown, adjacent to Coors Field amid a mix of employment, transportation, arts, culture, recreation and entertainment. Andy Clay, Alliance’s managing director of development for Denver, tells GlobeSt.com that projected construction costs for the 164-unit, six-story luxury apartment community are approximately $40 million.

This will be Alliance’s second community to break ground in Colorado this year. In February, the company began construction on Broadstone Gardens at Cherry Creek, off south Jackson Street southwest of Alameda Ave. and Colorado Blvd., which is across from the first-base entry to Coors Field.
