NASHVILLE-Greensboro-based Bell Partners has recently bought two Nashville-area apartment complexes for more than $57 million. Bell investors and Bluerock bought Grove at Waterford Crossing, a 252-unit complex in Hendersonville, in early April and later Bell bought Aldridge at Gateway Village, a 320-unit complex in Murfreesboro, from the Rhodie Development Group.

Bell paid more than $29 million and $27 million for the Murfreesboro and Hendersonville complexes, respectively. The names of the properties have been changed to Bell Murfreesboro and Bell Hendersonville. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving The Greater Triad Area .
