Investment Adviser Picks Up Lincoln Commerce Park 2 for $26M

PHOENIX-Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors has picked up Lincoln Commerce Park 2, a four-building industrial complex at Broadway Road and 11th Street in South Phoenix, for $26.1 million.

PHOENIX-Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors has picked up Lincoln Commerce Park 2, a four-building industrial complex at Broadway Road and 11th Street in South Phoenix, for $26.1 million. A partnership between Dallas-based Invesco Realty Advisors and Phoenix-based Lincoln Property Co. was the seller of the industrial center.

The industrial complex, completed in 2007, is 82% leased. Chad Littell and Chris Toci of Cushman & Wakefield, and Jeff Conrad and Allen Lowe of Lee & Associates handled the sale. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
