NEW YORK CITY-Just after regaining its title as the city’s tallest building, the brokerage team behind One World Trade Center was honored by the commercial real estate industry at the Real Estate Board of New York’s annual “Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” at Club 101 in Midtown on Tuesday evening. Tara Stacom & Michael Rotchford of Cushman & Wakefield won commercial real estate’s “Oscar” for transforming the once white-elephant of the office world into a symbol of the diversification and rebirth of Lower Manhattan.
