NEW YORK CITY-In just two months at Eastern Consolidated, investment sales veteran Adelaide Polsinelli and her new partner Robert Khodadadian have already secured six exclusives—and many more deals are in the pipeline.

From retail to hotels to multifamily, the team is marketing the Blue Moon Hotel at 100 Orchard St.; a retail commercial co-op at 237 Lafayette St.; a triple net-lease building 132-05 Atlantic Ave. in Richmond Hill, Queens; 311 10th Avenue, directy outside the High Line; and Heritage Square, a senior housing development in Brookhaven on Long Island. And last month, the team sold a vacant parcel at 133 Greenwich St. to Hidrock Realty for $28 million, where a new hotel near the World Trade Center will rise.
