Inland Milwaukee Brokers, Managers Jump to Colliers

MILWAUKEE-Scott Welsh and Mike Fardy, partners at the local Inland office, will have titles under Colliers’ central region. Other local Inland divisions remain.

 MILWAUKEE-Colliers International has taken over the local brokerage and property management operations of Inland Cos. Scott Welsh is president of the local company. Tom Murray is Colliers’ managing director for the central region.

The total 50 employees of both Inland divisions will keep their jobs, according to Murray. “As we continue to expand our footprint in the Midwest, we see Inland Cos. as the right partner to give us the edge and expertise in the Wisconsin market,” he said in a statement.
