STUTTGART, GERMANY-The Schlossle Galerie retail center in Pforzheim, Germany, has changed hands. Deka Immobilien GmbH, which bought the shopping center in 2005 for an open-ended mutual property fund, has sold the property for about EUR 76 million to a Real I.S. fund.
Schlossle Galerie is part of the portfolio of WestInvest InterSelect. It comprises more than 40 retail units on three levels and a three-story office wing. GSK Stockmann & Kollegen and Jones Lang LaSalle advised the vendors in the deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
