NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, UK-Terrace Hill will break ground on a 100,000-square-foot Sainsbury's store along with a petrol station in Sunderland's Wessington Way. Sainsbury's has pre-leased the store for 25 years.
Terrace Hill is also planning to construct a 41,000-square-foot grocery store for Asda and a petrol station on a nearby site at Skelton in East Cleveland.
