NEW YORK CITY-A partnership of Stellar Management’s Larry Gluck and Imperium Capital’s Sam Schneider and Daniel Glaser have purchased two older office buildings near the Trump SoHo Hotel, according to New York Post story by Lois Weiss. The venture plans to combine the buildings at 161 Ave. of the Americas and 233 Spring St. to make one 748,000-square-foot mixed-use building called One SoHo Square, the article said.

The 16-story, 320,000-square-foot Butterick Building is the Avenue of Americas property. At 233 Spring is 10 stories with 250,000 square feet. The venture plans to fill in the gap and add new leasable space for office and retail users, while spending $50 million to upgrade the site, the article said.

According to Weiss sources, Doug Harmon and Adam Spies of Eastdil Secured advised the JV, and obtained equity from Rockwood and financing from Starwood Capital. You can read the story here.
