CHICAGO-The venture that constructed the Kimball Station project sold a 59-unit condominium project at 4730 N. Kimball Ave. in Albany Park last month. A division of Oak Brook-based Inland Real Estate Group of Cos. bought the property for $11.8 million.

The condo project, situated on the other side of the Kimball Brown Line station, includes an underground parking garage and a 6,000-square-foot commercial space, and it was converted into single-, double- and triple-bedroom apartments in 2009.
