C&W Finds a Trophy HQ in Parsippany

PARSIPPANY, NJ-Trophy manufacturer Freeman Products Worldwide will expand to 44,000 square feet in a relocation from Elmwood Park in Bergen County.

PARSIPPANY, NJ–Cushman & Wakefield brokers have arranged the lease of a 44,000 square-foot headquarters and regional warehouse in Parsippany for trophy maker Freeman Products Worldwide. The company will expand to facilities at 71 Walsh Drive here, relocating from a longtime home in Elmwood Park in Bergen County.   Bonnie Heller of C&W represented Freeman in negotiating the new long-term deal. The East Rutherford, NJ-based brokerage has a 15-year association with the trophy company, and Heller has personally brokered several previous satellite office leases.
