FRAMINGHAM, MA-Genesis Management Group has purchased a pair of office buildings in Framingham for $6.8 million. The Boston-based real estate company bought the 2 four-story buildings, 10 and 20 Speen St., in two separate deals.

Genesis bought 10 Speen St. from an ASA International affiliate and 20 Speen St. from the American Heart Association. ASA International was represented by Parsons Commercial Group and the American Heart Association was represented by ASA International, while the buyer was represented by New Dover Associates in both deals.
