MOUNDS VIEW, MN-MinnPar, a manufacturer of OEM parts for construction and agriculture industry, is relocating its Twin Cities warehouse to Mounds View. The company recently leased an 82,717-square-foot warehouse at 5267 Program Ave.
According to a press release from CBRE Group, MinnPar is relocating from its current location at 900 Sixth Ave. S.E. Nick Peterson, an industrial broker from CBRE, negotiated the lease deal on behalf of MinnPar. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
