SIMI VALLEY-CA-Jeff Moe has been hired as VP of construction and development for Mike Rovner Construction Inc. He will help develop internal construction operation and accounting process for future growth, establish new business relationships with an expanded list of clients, support field operations, help develop expanded field-training processes and be part of the executive team looking at expanded markets.

Moe was previously president of Vision Mechanical Systems, responsible for overseeing the daily operation of a union design/build mechanical contractor with projects ranging in size from $50,000 to more than $5 million. He also provided due-diligence reports, consulting and peer reviews and construction management for MEP projects as well as general construction projects.

“As Mike Rovner Construction continues to grow, Jeff’s main role with the company is to oversee the expansion of our new construction division and manage the operational aspects of the company,” Mike Rovner, president and founder of the company, tells GlobeSt.com. “This is a critical role for the company as it blends our existing core business structure of renovation with the added business concept of new construction. The goal is to maintain synergy with our internal processes so that both of our divisions—renovations and new construction—will benefit.”
