NEW YORK CITY-Brooklyn-based Steiner Studios has paid $24.5 million for a 60-unit residential building situated in Brooklyn's Carroll Gardens section. The rental-apartment building, which measures 62,404 square feet, is located at 204 Huntington St.
The building was once slated to be changed into condominiums. It contains 8 single-bedroom units, 37 double-bedroom units and 15 triple-bedroom units.
