SEATTLE-The Wolff Co. has purchased a second development site in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The Arizona-based apartment firm bought the former Sunset Electric building at East Pine Street and 11th Avenue for $6.67 million from Pryde Johnson, a Seattle developer.

In 2001, Pryde Johnson won city approval to construct a six-story, 89-unit complex on the site. Wolff bought another property earlier this year from Pryde Johnson and the company has proposed a 270-unit apartment complex there. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
