VANCOUVER-Bentall Kennedy developed the 33-story Bentall V tower in 2002, and has now purchased the building from Deka Immobilien, which bought the office for $300M in 2009.

VANCOUVER-Boston-based Bentall Kennedy has purchased the 33-story Bentall V tower here on behalf of its Bentall Kennedy Prime Canadian Property Fund and other pension fund clients. Frankfort-based Deka Immobilien was the seller.
