WEST NEW YORK, NJ-Weiss Realty has arranged the sale of a 5,300-square foot building on Bergenline Avenue here that is fully leased by Concentra Health Services to a private investor, GlobeSt.com has learned. The sale price was $1.42 million.

The seller was H.M.L. Realty Corporation. The one-story building at 701 Bergenline Avenue serves as an urgent care, primary care and occupational medicine facility (including physical therapy). Concentra also has its medical offices there. Weiss had also acted as consultant to H.M.L Realty in the lease transaction.

Weiss Realty, based in Moonachie, provides both landlord and tenant for all types of real estate. “We made a commitment several years ago to expand our retail brokerage and development service group,” says Jaime M. Weiss, president, noting that Matthew Weiss, a vice-president, has had recent success in that arena.

Matthew Weiss arranged a long-term lease of 8,042 square feet by Energy Fitness at 50 Piermont Road in Cresskill, representing both the landlord Bren-Cris, Inc. and the tenant SDM Fitness. He previously represented First Hartford Corporation and CVS/Caremark in a long-term ground lease transaction at 80 Piermont Road for a new 12,900-square-foot CVS pharmacy drive-thru.
