BROOKLYN, OH-The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported that American Greetings Corp. is planning to relocate from Brooklyn to a new building in Westlake in mid-2014. The northeast Ohio company is preparing to break ground on the new 650,000-square-foot headquarters building next year.
The five-story building, which will have office space, retail and a parking garage, will cost between $150 million and $200 million. It will have approximately 58,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. RTKL has designed the building. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
