NEW YORK CITY-Bellmarc Realty is relocating from Madison Avenue to a ground-floor retail space on Lexington Avenue. The real estate firm has inked a lease for 10 years with Wallack Management Co. for 2,000 square feet of space at 1178 Lexington Ave.
A 1,400-square-foot basement is also included in the lease deal. The asking price for the leased space was $150 per square foot.
