Exalt Printing Signs 51,500-SF Leases at 1875 Monetary Lane

CARROLLTON, TX-North Texas-based Exalt Printing Solutions is expanding and consolidating its operations in Carrollton.

CARROLLTON, TX-North Texas-based Exalt Printing Solutions is expanding and consolidating its operations in Carrollton. The printing company has leased 51,500 square feet at 1875 Monetary Lane.

The company will consolidate its two operations from 635 Regal Row in Dallas and 1711 Briercroft Court in Carrollton into the Monetary Lane space. Financial details of the deal were not revealed. Exalt is planning to relocate into its new office in early fall. Irving-based Mercer Co.’s Adam Curran represented Exalt and CBRE’s David Easterling represented landlord RREEF.
