EDEN PRAIRIE, MN-Starkey Hearing Technologies is increasing its research and development operations in Eden Prairie. The hearing aid manufacturer has recently inked a lease for approximately 40,000 square feet of space in Prairie Oaks Corporate Center at 6455 Flying Cloud Dr.

The property is situated across the street from the company's corporate headquarters. The 83,000-square-foot building, which formerly housed the headquarters of Xiotech Corp., is owned by Minneapolis-based CSM Corp. The expansion will increase Starkey's R&D space by approximately 25%.
