DAYTON, OH-Plainview, New York-based Dunkirk Realty, a family owned firm run by Albert Macanian along with his sons, has purchased the Kettering Tower, a 29-story office tower in downtown Dayton. The company bought the 486,000-square-foot building at 40 N. Main St. with Tower Partners LLC.

Details of the deal were not revealed. The Kettering Tower deal is the first acquisition in Ohio for Macanian and Tower Partners. The new proprietors will make some improvements to the building. For the full story, go to Dayton Business Journal .
