AUSTIN, TX-A new apartment project is proposed at the northeast corner of South First Street and West Riverside Drive in downtown Austin. Alliance Residential Co., an apartment builder headquartered in Phoenix, submitted its conceptual plan for the project to the city on May 9.

The developer proposed a 353,000-square-foot mixed-use development on a 1.53-acre parcel. The project will include 230 units or 200,000 square feet of apartments, 3,000 square feet of retail and 150,000 square feet of parking. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
