DUSSELDORF, GERMANY-IMMOFINANZ Group is expanding its activities in Germany. The company has presented its first development project in Germany with the Panta Rhei office building.

Eduard Zehetner, CEO of IMMOFINANZ Group, said that the company bought the Panta Rhei project one month ago from the FRANKONIA Group and now it plans to start the project at the beginning of June. The 103,957-square-foot building will come up in the middle of the Airport City Dusseldorf. The cost of the project will reach EUR 26.5 million. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
