PHILADELPHIA-A subsidiary of Korman Residential is planning to build a $102-million apartment community in Philadelphia's Eastwick section. The project will include a 51-building complex on a 35-acre land at Lindburgh Boulevard and 84th Street.

The two-story buildings will contain 722 market-rate apartments. The developer is requesting approvals from the redevelopment authority, the planning commission and City Council for the project, which will be built in four phases.
