NEW YORK CITY-In yet another in the trend of upper-echelon executives trading up, Mark Jaccom has been appointed to the role of president and managing principal of Cresa New York. He will also be serving on the company’s Board of Directors, according to Cresa.

Jaccom of course was most recently co-chairman of the Tri-State region at Colliers International, where he grew the region’s market share and helped integrate it into the Colliers network. He previously worked at Studley Inc., spearheading the company’s Corporate Services and Industrial Services Groups and helping to secure many high-profile national accounts.

A spokesman for Colliers says the firm has no comment. Last month, GlobeSt.com reported that Colliers had hired Joseph Harbert, COO of the New York region at Cushman & Wakefield, to serve as president of the firm’s Eastern region. And at the RealShare New Jersey Opportunities Breakfast on Tuesday, Arthur Mirante made his first public appearance since switching flags from C&W to Avison Young.
