AKRON, OH-The Akron Beacon Journal reported that an 11-story building in downtown Akron will face a sheriff's sale after falling into foreclosure. The Key Building at 159 S. Main St. was valued at $9.528 million.

The bidding for the building will start at $6.352 million. The newspaper reported that 159 Associates Ltd., the building owner, owed over $8 million on the building when U.S. Bank National Association as well as others foreclosed on it.
