Graphic Resources Expands, Relocates to 18,000 SF

GRAND PRAIRIE, TX-Graphic Resources Inc. signed a lease for the 18,543-square-foot balance of a DCT Industrial Trust Inc.-owned warehouse in the Great Southwest Industrial District. The company signed a long-term lease and doubled in size with its move to the 60,910-square foot warehouse.

The transaction brings the industrial property at 607 Avenue R to 100% occupancy. “Not only does this get the building fully leased, but it takes the DCT portfolio in the Great Southwest to 98% occupancy,” said Michael W. Spain with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services in a release detailing the transaction. Spain and Bradford’s Jim Ferris represented DCT Industrial Trust, while Erik E. Blais, also with Bradford, was the tenant representative.
