FLORHAM PARK, NJ-Colliers International New Jersey has been named exclusive broker for Florham Park Corporate Center, a campus with twin three-story office buildings that currently has 77,000 square feet of space available. The complex, set on 14 acres off the Columbia Turnpike is owned by Bergman Real Estate Group.
Executive managing director Bryn Cinque and managing director James Bailey are overseeing the assignment for Colliers. John G. Osborne, Bergman’s leasing director, said the brokers were chosen for their “exceptional knowledge of the suburban Essex and Morris County submarket.”
Florham Park Corporate Center houses a total of 226,000 square feet in two atrium buildings. The property was purchased five years ago by Bergman and is newly renovated. The listed asking price for space is $21 a square foot.
