WASHINGTON, DC-Watergate Office Building, a 198,000-square-foot building at 2600 Virginia Ave. NW, will undergo a multimillion-dollar renovation. Penzance Cos. has maintained Hitt Contracting to upgrade the interior and improve the front entrance of the 11-story building.
The renovation work is scheduled to begin later this month. The office building is nearly half-vacant and the renovation will help Penzance attract new tenants.
