CHARLOTTE, NC-The investment firm that acquired the $194.8-million debt on The Vue Charlotte at a discount has now taken the uptown condo. A subsidiary of Northwood Investors offered $102.75 million to purchase the 51-story skyscraper at a foreclosure auction.
