(ENGLEWOOD, CA) The associate will be responsible for performing a myriad of analytical duties associated with operating a national portfolio of industrial properties. Duties include performing due diligence tasks related to property acquisitions, dispositions and financings; providing various analyses for asset managers and leasing agents; assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts, and defining and tracking operational metrics for the portfolio.

This position will report directly with the COO, VP's, and asset management to effectively market Berkshire Property Advisors through a variety of channels that ultimately result in leases and overall awareness of the Berkshire brand. In addition, the VP of marketing will be responsible for establishing the company's marketing/sales and portfolio performance goals, overall brand management, and promotion of Berkshire Property Advisors to ensure consistency and integrity of the brand.

(ATLANTA) The real estate analyst will prepare proposals, presentations and offering materials for submissions to owners or buyers; respond to client and buyer questions regarding properties and the overall commercial real estate market; perform complicated financial modeling and spreadsheet analysis in Excel; prepare and maintain financial models in Argus; review legal documents and third party reports as part of the due diligence process; interact with clients, prospective buyers and investors; coordinate information regarding market data, occupancy data, expense analysis, aerials, maps, rent/sales; and prepare market analysis reports, including vacancy, absorption, and comparable rents and sales.

Key responsibilities include sourcing prospective acquisitions based on GCP's financial criteria; performing detailed financial analysis of acquisition targets, including historical analysis and financial modeling/projections to assess investor risk and return; contributing to acquisition due diligence and closing process; performing analysis to support on-going asset management activities, such as repositioning, refinancing, and disposition; and participating in various forms of investor correspondence.

Support role tasks include the research, production and coordination of offering materials.
